UTSA Scholarship Hub – The University of Texas at San Antonio UTSA Financial Aid and Scholarships office administer a variety of scholarships funded by the university and donors who support UTSA.

How To Apply for UTSA Scholarship Hub

To apply for these scholarships, you must submit the Scholarship Hub’s General Application annually. Be sure to review individual scholarship opportunity criteria and deadlines.

Answer all the questions for the Scholarship Hub’s General Application.
Complete your Scholarship Hub’s General Application by clicking Finish and Submit. Based on this application, you may be eligible for additional scholarship opportunities.
Review every additional scholarship opportunity and its requirements by clicking Apply next to each. If you qualify, answer the accompanying questions and then select Finish and Submit for each.

To qualify for general scholarships offered through The Office of Financial Aid, you must submit the Scholarship Hub’s General Application to the UTSA Scholarship Hub by January 15.

How do you get a scholarship to UTSA?

Does UTSA give scholarships to international students?

The International Student Grant is a need-based offer given to both undergraduate and graduate international students. Consideration for the International Student Grant is based on the demonstration of need and funding availability. The maximum offer varies depending on the availability of funds.

How much is the UTSA application fee for international students?

The application fee for UTSA is $70. It is a non-refundable fee. You can pay your application fee via credit card when applying through ApplyTexas or after you submit your application through the UTSA ASAP student portal.

UTSA presidential scholarship requirements

UTSA offers the merit-based Distinguished Presidential Scholarship to students who display exceptional scholastic achievement in high school.

Non-resident and international students awarded the Distinguished Presidential Scholarship for a minimum of $1,000.00 for the academic year will be granted a waiver for non-resident tuition if scholarship eligibility is maintained.

NOTE The presidential scholarship is for FALL FRESHMEN APPLICANTS ONLY.
